I'd like to try 4* hotels (Pike Place or Downtown)How much should I start bidding ? I wouldn't like to spend more than 140.thanks Link to comment
thereuare
I'd like to try 4* hotels (Pike Place or Downtown)There are two 'downtown' zones... (Seattle Center-Space Needle) and (Downtown-Pike Place), with the latter typically being the more preferred of the two as it's a bit more centrally located. Are you looking to bid both of these zones or just the (Downtown-Pike Place) zone? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. logic11
Thank you.I would stay in both zones. Link to comment
thereuare
At the 4* level you have NINE re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.Select 4* Pike Place and Space Needle...Bid $95, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $100, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $110, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $115, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $120, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $125, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $130, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $135, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $140I'm guessing the above won't be enough, but this will systematically take you up to your maximum bid.Any questions feel free to ask, if rejected we'll explore your next options. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and let us know how it goes. logic11
Thank you.Today I've tried 4* hotels up to $120 and it was rejected.I was thinking about bidding for 3.5* (or maybe 3*) but for less money. How much do you think I could start bidding for 3.5* ? What about for 3* ?Hotwire has a 3* in Space Needle area for $ 109 (which I guess it is The Maxwell - a hotel which I have booked for $ 140 as a backup but I know it is worth less. The good thing is the free parking and free internet)Thanks in advance. Link to comment
thereuare
What is your maximum bid at the 3.5* (or 3* level)? Which star rating would you prefer? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. logic11
Hello,The minimum I pay the better.Maybe the maximum of $100 for a 3.5* and $ 85 for 3* (I really don't know it this is the correct price) Link to comment
thereuare
My guess is that you're budget is short for a 3.5*... the 3* might be enough.Did you want to try for a 3.5* first and then if rejected try for a 3* or go for the least expensive 3* or better for this stay? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. AaronJB
The Maxwell has been previously seen with this amenity set, so that would be my guess.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
