However, since I was using the Delta Chelsea as my backup plan, and it appears to be the only hotel people are winning for 3.5% bids in Toronto Downtown North, I was content to move down a half-star.The original bid of $64 for a 3.5* was rejected with a free rebid offer of $79. Thanks to everyone here, with at least 6 rebid zones at that level, I decided to see if I could do better. Two bids later, at $73, I did, and got the Delta Chelsea as expected.Thanks, Betterbidding.com! Link to comment
