bearcatfan50
I am looking for rooms just for Friday March 26, 2010. Do you get a better deal by waiting until the last minute. I have been looking at rooms on HOTWIRE and the price keeps going up. Thanks for any help.. Looking for the strip area. Link to comment
AaronJB
There is no way to know whether or not waiting until the last minute will result in a better deal - this varies by dates, city, hotel and more - waiting until the last minute is a bet and prices could go the other way (and HOTWIRE options could also change/go depending on inventory.)Please provide your desired budget per night/star rating - additionally, which part of the strip?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. bearcatfan50
I like to spend less than 125 a night. A couple of guys im going with never have been to vegas so the Strip would be nice. I have never stayed in Downtown Vegas. Thanks for the help. Link to comment
thereuare
This is just a one nite stay? How many rooms/guests do you need accommodations for? What star rating are you hoping for? Would something like the Westin or Trump, both located in 'strip zones' but slightly off the strip work for your plans? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. bearcatfan50
Would need 2 room 2 guys in each room. They sound nice but how far are they from the strip?? 3 star and above.. I've stayed at Excaliber, but the rooms arent great but we are only there for one night so i will keep checking it out every day. Link to comment
thereuare
The Westin is walkable to the Strip... the verdict is out on the Trump. Some say it's walkable, others say 'not too bad', others say it's not walkable. You should look at a map to see the location of each to determine if either/both would work for your own needs, as this will dictate which zone(s) you should bid or if you should use PRICELINE or HOTWIRE.Let us know and we'll advise accordingly.
