Sorry, didn't know it went by trip, assumed this was a different search as it was a different level. Still learning my way around.

Are you familiar with NYC and/or have a need to stay in the Central Park area... as this isn't typically the most convenient area for the average visitor, as well, the zone goes pretty far north and there are some pockets i wouldn't recommend staying in (from a safety at nite perspective).

I needed to stay in Midtown but the prices have gotten too expensive, now I am just looking for something I am willing to pay.

This property has not yet been reported to the board, and i'd be a little leery of a 2.5* property which bills itself as a 'boutique'.

Do you 'need' to be in midtown for meetings OR is this a leisure trip and you just thought it would be the most convenient? Are you driving/flying/bus into the city... which airport or from which direction will you be arriving?
