thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding!I'm not seeing this property offered at this star level on my own HOTWIRE search for your dates... are you still seeing this offered on your own search? If so, are you searching HOTWIRE for more than one room or for more than the default 2adults/0children?Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. julies
I used 2 adults and 1 child. There are four properties that come up for the East and Jeffersontown area when I search. The one I posted about is still there. Thanks again! Link to comment
thereuare
I see this now when searching for triple occupancy. This property has not yet been reported to the board or identified. My first guess was the Holiday Inn Express, but they offer smoking rooms, so that is not likely given the Smoke Free icon (unless they only assign non-smoking rooms to HOTWIRE guests)... a guess would be the Hyatt Place or Drury Inn, as both seem to fit the amenity descriptions above well. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide to do for this stay or if we can be of further help. julies
I think you are right - it might be Hyatt Place - the ratings/statistics are very close. That seems like a good deal.I see a few posts down someone got the Best Western Envoy for only $18. Any suggestions on we could get a rate that low? That is a great price and that hotel would be fine for us.Do you think I should be searching for just 2 adults or continue searching for 2 adults/1 child? Thanks for all you help! thereuare
HOTWIRE only shows one hotel at each star level per zone... the hotel with the lowest price is the one offered. The $18 win was for a Sunday nite, typically the slowest (and therefore least expensive) nite of the week to book a hotel room. If this deal isn't offered for your dates there isn't much you can do to 'force' it to appear, as it's likely not available for your nite since rates are date specific. If you search for only 2adults you run the risk of receiving a room which can only accommodate double occupancy... is this a risk you're willing to accept? If you search HOTWIRE for only 2adults, is there a major price difference that would be worth accepting this risk? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. julies
I wanted to let you know that you were right. I booked the Hyatt Place today for 5/25-5/26, 2 adults/1 child for $57 (the price had increased by $3). I used your HOTWIRE link. Thank you for your help! Julie Link to comment
