Hotwire Hotel: Need help identifying hotels in New Orleans

Hi, I'm wondering if you can identify two hotels I am considering in New Orleans. The dates are 5/5 - 5/8, 6 rooms and 6 adults.

1) 3*, $59, Convention Center & Arts District area, 80% recommended. Amenities: fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, laundry

2) 4*, $85, Downtown NO, 80% recommended. Amenities: smoke free rooms, fitness, pool, restaurant, business, high-speed internet.

Unfortunately, the 3* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. My guess for the 4* would be the Sheraton with a new/previously unreported smoke-free icon in addition to the previously reported amenity set.
