BestUserNameEver
Started bidding at $39 for a 3* in Medford: rejected.Added Grants Pass (has no 3*), raised price to $44: rejected.Tried bidding $36 for a 2.5* in Medford only: PRICELINE countered an additional $10. I declined.Added Grants Pass, raised price to $41, and it was accepted. It's probably common knowledge amongst most of the participants here, but I've found it really helps to plan out your bidding strategy before bidding. I used Better Bidding's PRICELINE link. Link to comment
thereuare
Congratulations on your success! Not only is mapping out a bidding strategy helpful, but it removes the emotion from bidding and helps prevents overbids and/or bids out of frustration. Once you lay out your strategy, bidding should just be following the gameplan.Hope you're happy with the results of this purchase and this hotel works well for your needs.Thank you for sharing your win with the board and using our PRICELINE link to begin your bidding.Enjoy your stay.
