thereuare
In the future it would be more helpful if you also included what you did do for the stay (even if the trip was cancelled, state so) rather than just "didn't use PRICELINE or HOTWIRE" as it adds addition info, and if you did book a hotel direct, it can give another user a property to check out if they're having trouble for their own stay in the area.(... and I need two beds )You won't be able to guarantee this with PRICELINE. All that is guaranteed is a room that will accomodate double occupancy. If you need (vs. want) two beds you can try searching HOTWIRE for more triple/quad occupancy which wil ensure separate sleeping accomodatiosn for two people (although the 'second bed' could be a pullout sofabed or a rollaway brought into the room)Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll advise accordingly. thereuare
One more question to suggest a strategy...Did you want to try for a 4* first up to your limit adn then, if rejected, try for a 3.5* property up to your limit OR is your objective the least expensive 3.5* or better for this stay? Thanks in advance for using the board's PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links.
