We bid $120 and were countered with by priceline with $140. We declined and rebid with the final zone with a bid of $130. We probably could have gotten it for less than $130 but with it being our final bid and the trip being next week, we didn't want to gamble too much. We are excited and wanted to get the Molino Stucky before we bid. It looks absolutely beautiful. Link to comment
