You're incredibly lucky to get this property, which I think is the nicer of the two Westins in the city and one of the nicest 4*'s in the downtown area. While PRICELINE reservations are not eligible for upgrades, this is one of the few hotels where I'd recommend at least trying to ask for an upgrade to a river view room (on the South face of the building), as the river views at this property are gorgeous. The sleek lobby (a carryover from when it was the Hotel Nikko) is also quite beautiful.
