Priceline Hotel: What Price 2.5* in Buckhead /Long Stay Experience

I've won 3* in Buckhead for $34. Am trying to get a 2.5* so we can have laundry, breakfast as our sublease fell through. We probably need to stay here 2 weeks to 1 month more. I have bid up to $24 so far and gotten rejected. Would like to be near a Marta station so Buckhead seems the best place. Should I bid 2 weeks at a time, weekly or monthly?

Any help is appreciated.
