silkyworm
I need to visit a medical clinic in Manhasset and it looks like the closest hotels using Hotwire are in LGA/Flushing. Can anyone identify these two choices? I don't yet know the date I need to travel, but it will probably be a weekday near mid-end of June 09. I threw in June 22 as the check-in date, staying one night. thereuare
The 3.5* is a match for the Crowne Plaza while the 3* is a match for the Holiday Inn so that would be our best guess for each. The 2.5* has not yet been identified, but if i were to take a guess, the Clarion La Guardia Airport might be a possibility. Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Let us know which you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. silkyworm
I ended up not using either hotel because my location was pretty important. I ended up finding a $99 hotel in downtown Flushing just 2 blocks away from Subway Line 7. It's called the Howard Johnson and is considered a "boutique" hotel. It's cute, but certainly small and doesn't have a lot of great amenities, but suited my purpose. Link to comment
