Spa OPEN! Fitness Center OPEN! - Double door has been closed off and glass door has been installed. Guest Elevator Landing - Redoing tiles. (Area will be blocked off one third at a time to match the rest of the new lobby. Tentatively scheduled in April Escalator Will be open 2/13th )Passage to Pool- On Feb 9th, we are tentatively scheduled to open the door leading to the pool located on the left hand side when you first walk into RumFire Passage to Pool Link to comment

The only way to avoid getting the Sheraton is not to bid the Waikiki beach zone. As with priceline bidding, there is no way to avoid getting a particular hotel. If it's in that zone and star category then it's all up for grabs. Still a good deal for this beachfront centrally located hotel, not to add all guest room renovations have been completed and so is the super pool. Suites are still ongoing, however, most priceline guests are in the city view rooms, not the suites. I don't think the minor construction will be bothersome at all. When I arrive in July, construction should be at a minimum. Very happy with my win! :) Link to comment
