vikichck
Hello Everyone,This website has been really informative for me. I knew I should come on here when planning my Vegas vacation. What do you suggest I start my bidding at on those dates? I'm looking to stay at the Venetian or in that area. What are my chances? Thanks! Link to comment
vikichck
I was thinking of trying hotwire instead to get better chances of Venetian. Will that help? I feel like I want to avoid Trump International since it's off the strip. I read someplace that hotwire lets you know if the hotel has a casino beforehand. Link to comment
thereuare
Is this just a one nite stay?If you search HOTWIRE for your date(s) do any 5* hotels appear? If so, is a Casino icon shown associated with the hotel? What is the price? What is your budget per nite for this stay? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. vikichck
I was going to try a 5* on north strip but I didn't want to risk getting Trump and not being on the strip. So I decided to go with a 4* North instead. I found a really good deal with my AAA for 70$ Planet Hollywood. I would like to see if I can get something for that much on North Strip. I'm willing to go upto 90$. On priceline Caesars is priced at 262 so that probably won't work. Mirage and TI don't even come up as choices. Are there any other hotels on North? Thanks! vikichck
No, sorry it was for 2 nights. I did a hotwire search and it gave me a 5* hotel central strip without casino. So, it's probably for Trump. I thought maybe try 5* south but it will give me TheHotel at mandalay bay and thats too far from the central area. I think I give up on 5*. Link to comment

vikichck
Okay they will be check in 7/30, check out 8/1. I think I'll try 4* North instead but it doesn't look good. Caesars is at 260 for those nights. My budget is 90$. What other hotels are available for 4*North? Link to comment
thereuare
All hotels reported to the board would be listed in the Priceline Hotel List.If you want The Mirage it can be had within your budget... CLICK HERE and then go to promotions on the left hand side... they offer your nites above for $90/nite and include a $30 buffet credit and entrance to the S&R Gardens and Dolphin Habititat.Does this work for your needs? (please use our Mirage link to book if you go this route)...or do you still want to try PRICELINE bidding and not be able to choose your hotel?EDIT TO ADD: the Mirage offer above actually prices to $90 the first nite and $108 the second nite. Additionally, you can consider Treasure Island "Summer Solstice" offer which is $89/nite and includes a bunch of "Two For One" perks (buffet, drinks, etc) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
vikichck
Yea you read my mind. Last night I checked out discount codes and discovered those. Treasure Island seems like a very convenient choice. I'm going to go with that. Thanks for your help. Link to comment
