Last-minute on this one (this is for this coming Saturday night, FYI), one night and trying to keep it to Downtown Philly (willing to pay a bit more for that):

Tried 3*+, Philly Downtown only, $100 (kinda ridiculous), rejected.

Re-bid 2.5*+, Philly Downtown only, $120, rejected.

$168 with the tax. Not unbelievable but still waaaay lower than I was seeing online -- summer saturday, after all -- with no bidding.
