Do be prepared that if it's a crowded cruise day (use or partner site Cruise Port Schedules to see which ships will be in port on yoru embarkation day) then the hotels offering shuttle service often fill up fast and it can take awhile to get everyones luggage loaded and unloaded as well as stop at everyone's cruise terminal... if it's busy it's sometimes easier to just take a cab and head to the port on your own.
