After staying here, a few thoughts:

Great location, a few hundred yards off of I-44, walking distance to a lot of dining (though mostly chains, ugh) and a Sam's Club.

Hotel lobby and atrium were pretty nice.

Room was clean, but definitely a bit dated. The beds can't compare to a lot of the new-and-improved beds at other chains. Bathroom needed a total renovation. The free-high speed internet was nice (if not a little slow). No free breakfast here, though.

I really didn't think this was 3* quality, and you'd likely be better off with a 2.5* in this zone, especially if you can get it for a lower price.
