bid $60 first time on 3* in the cherry hill (NJ) area of Philadelphia region accepted. Someone also has posted on tripadvisor getting the same rate. Looking forward to it, very convenient to a wedding I am attending around Camden NJ. Rated decently well for the area, small rooms but good service basically.

I did notice the upgrade from what it was previously listed on the site. Do you know why priceline would do that? What are * ratings based on anyway? Was there a renovation perhaps?

The upgrade could be from a variety of factors... renovations, customer feedback, new amenities offered, change in ratings to neighboring properties, etc.

It has been over a year since this property has been reported, so a change in star rating isn't too much of a surprise, especially given that Holiday Inns are typically rated higher than the previously rated 2.5*.
