I just booked what appears to be the same hotel. 3 1/2 stars, resort in San Jose del Cabo for $59/night, 11/2-11/5/07. It was the Grand Baja.

I had found on some Website that the 3 1/2 star hotel on Hhotwire was coming up as either the Grand Baja or the Royal Solaris. Since the Royal Solaris is all-inclusive, and the Grand Baja is not, this makes sense.
