My successful priceline bid was $81.The hotel is located on the south bank of the Han River near the financial district and the COEX Center. I took the Korean Airlines deluxe limousine bus (bus #11A labeled Gangnam (hotels), 13,000 Won) to the hotel which takes about 70 minutes in the absence of terrible traffic. The nearest Seoul Metro station is Yeoksam, which is a 6-minute walk to the west, which involves a slight 30 degree incline. En route is a Starbucks and a Citibank, where one can use foreign bank cards to obtain Korean Won (I also tried at the Hana Bank machine and it wouldn't let me use my card).
