How should we bid? Areas of interest are Midtown East, Midtown West, Midtown South, Upper Midtown, Upper East Side in Manhattan as well as La Guardia, Flushing, and Elmhurst. We would prefer anything with 2.5 stars and up.Please suggest the strategies. I am very familiar with the rebidding process.Thanks in advance. :) Link to comment
