$78 beat the rate our friends negotiated for their wedding block rate!

Excellent location! I actually booked two rooms at this rate ($74 per room per night) as we are meeting up with friends, so they have to benefit from it too! The going rate for this hotel on other websites is $189/night (~61% off!). With tax & fees, it's about $90/night. Had started bidding at $55 (rejected), then $68 (rejected), then $74. I had also gone up to $76 for a 4*, but that was rejected.

I believe it gave all of that info before booking, and I think it said it was recommended by 90% of reviewers, but I'm not entirely confident on that. Never heard of the hotel before, but it looks like an AWESOME location right near the Biltmore estate! And with that price, we can afford a nice dinner in town!
