  1. I just came back from using the Lynnwood Extended Stay America property and need to add a couple notes. As of January of this year the ENTIRE hotel is NON smoking. The carpeting has been replaced and the tvs in the rooms have been upgraded to LG 32" flat panels. I had an excellent experience staying on the third floor. The real bonus is having a kitchenette in each room, saves big time from dining out continually. The breakfast is minimal but at $34/night really can't complain.

  3. 2* Seattle (Lynnwood) Extended Stay America, $34/night Free Breakfast, wifi, parking Having stayed and enjoyed it before, I was really hoping for a repeat. Started by offering $32 and bid it up by $2, adding Seattle North-Edmonds (where I knew I had no hope of winning for the price) Make sure to ask for the third floor, world of difference! Priceline has it as part of their lightning deals, but even their best deal was $5 more a night than NYOP. 4 nights- $34/night Room Subtotal: $136 Taxes and Fees: $29.08 Total: $165.08 Always been happy with ESA for what you get for the money and ALWAYS use the Better Bidding PRICELINE link. C'mon people, it's the right thing to do!
  4. 2* Seattle (Lynnwood) Extended Stay America, $47/night Free Breakfast , wifi, parking Started by offering $38 and bid it up by a dollar adding different areas around Seattle.
