I am seeing a new listing for a 4* Waikiki Marina Area with these amenities: Resort Beach Fitness Pool Rest. Business Center H S Internet and Golf My dates are July 9 - 11 Would hope it would be Hilton H Village but not sure...It doesn't really match any listings on the forum... I want an oceanfront....can you upgrade once you get the hotel you want thru Hotwire? Is it worth the hassle?

I am just wondering if there is a magic time to search for your hotel that gives you a better price. I am looking for 2 nights on May 11 & May 12 in Chicago loop. We are going to see Wicked. I want to stay close to the action but since this date is so far away I am not sure what the best time to book the room is. Are the best deals right before the travel date or a month or so out. Also what about the time of day? Earlier the better? Any suggestions for the best hotel? I was thinking Hard Rock or Palmer House.

I would love to stay at the Palmer house Hilton if possible...I think it states pool and 3 1/2* best I remember. We are coming in on the train. We want to be within walking distance of all there is to do. My husband is running the 1/2 marathon. We have to move south on the 24th... I am sick I missed the other hotel though for the 130.00....it is still 155.00 I think I have time to wait on a better deal. Even with the marathon....on the 25th. Terri

not today.. but I just got a 4* Rest, Fitness center and High Speed Int. for 130.00 and before I could finish the transaction, it said there were no more available. I go back to do it over and it comes up 155.00 now. What hotel was this? Thanks, Terri

Sept 23 - 25 I have found a 3* pool, rest, business center, laundry facility on Wacker Drive for 167 per night. Any ideas...has Sheraton been down graded to 3 from 3.5? it sounds like them....THanks

I am searching for Sept 24 - 26 for the half marathon. Here is on I get for South and West of Loop. 3 * Selected amenities include: Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service). 125$ per night. Any ideas which one it is? South is ok but we are not keen on the west part!

The amenities listed before purchase were Rest. , Fitness Ctr, Business Ctr.... Customer fav! Is the 3.5 * listed now with pool rest business ctr and fitness ctr on the loop for 87$ the Palmer House? I wish I had waited if it is....

I used the giftcard06 code at check out and booked 4 rooms....Hotwire gave me 50.00 credit! I got the Hyatt Regency on Wacker dr.....4 * for 90.00 per night with taxes included! It lists for 185.00 on all the travel websites...

what if you search for a 4* for 4 rooms find out what shows up in the search then search for 1 or 2 rooms and find it on the list and buy them seperatley....wouldn't there be 4 available if it showed up on the previous search? Or could they post different hotels for the 2 searches. Do I have to do them seperately for the Entertainment Book coupon. I would love to get 30$ x 4 or at least x 2! we are going to split the savings so the more the merrier. Also, the date on the hotel list is 2003 has it been update since and it just leaves the orig post date? Thanks!!! for all your help so far!

I am trying to book 4 rooms for July 29 - 31 in the Chicago Loop area. I want to use the giftcard06 discount and also the Entertainment Book coupon. Will either give the disount for all 4 rooms or do they need to be 4 seperate bookings....which leads to the next question. Will the same hotel always come up for that particular rating? I don't want our party split up. If there were 2 hotels offered at 4* wouldn't they both be there as seperate hotels? What hotels are currently being listed for the loop for that time....I don't know how to tell which hotel I am getting for each rating. Would love the Palmer house location....Thanks, I am trying to book these asap unless you advise waiting for a better price later!
