I can report my success in using Priceline for Hoboken. Also used your link so hopefully you got credit. Managed to get the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on the Hudson. Check-In Date: Friday, June 24, 2011 Check-Out Date: Monday, June 27, 2011 Your Offer Price: $100.00 Number of Rooms: 2 Number of Nights: 3 Subtotal: $600.00 Taxes and Fees: $106.92 Total Charges*: $706.92 Still need to confirm what room type I will be getting. Need to get another room but require at least 2 double beds and not 1 King. Cheers

I'm trying to get a good idea of what room types folks are getting when they win their bids... Is everyone typically getting a room with 1 King bed or 2 doubles? I understand priceline bids have no guarantees but knowing its 1 King only will change the way i'm going to bid. Thanks!

What bed type did you get for the Hyatt?? I'm trying to figure out if people normally get 2 double beds or 1 king bed... Thanks

My apologies, you are correct. I just noticed that it does say Crystal City in the address.. I must've gotten confused after having tried bidding so many times even at higher prices and only landed this when I lowered the price and added Arlington along the way. I initiated the searches thru your PRICELINE link.

Been trying for a couple weeks and went as high as $75 for a 3.5* in Crystal City and finally landed on 3* in Arlington. Location and reviews for the hotel seems pretty decent so I'm looking forward to checking it out. btw, anyone successfully get Marriott points for priceline bookings?
