  1. Had to just finish this ordeal. Big $60 for a 3.5 star in the airport area and got the Marriott....hope it is nice.
  2. the sheraton is actually really nice there! i think it is my Sat night stay that is causing me all these options with bigging over $100 and still not getting accepted :(
  3. Yep, mine is for 2 nights, but i jsut bid $95/night and got rejected
  4. My bid is now up to $95 for a 3.5 star and up. I think I am going to have to forget staying downtown and move towards the airport.

  6. thanks for your post! i dread the Millenium also. and the price they charge for it is outrageous! let me know if you find anything for a good deal downtown...i am up to $72 for 3.5 stars so far on priceline.

  9. ended up at the airport hilton for $65/night. nice hotel jsut wish we could have been downtown
  10. the prices got too high to continue buying so i jsut got the homewood suites directrly thru the hilton website and was thrilled with the location and the hotel!
  11. ended up at the Hyatt for $90/night. great location with the subway going right into the hotel and within walking distance to everything
  12. I have been bidding for a couple weeks now using the link on here, but I am up to $67 for a 3.5 star. I see others getting this area and hotel type for much less. Any tips for me? Must be downtown and really dont want to put in a 3 star for fear that I will get the Millennium. thanks!!

  15. need help on getting a downtown 3 or 4 star hotel in downtown for 2 nights starting 3/13/12. I have bid up to $70 so far but I keep seeing others getting things in the $60 range...what am I doing wrong? thanks!!

  19. I started at $59 on a 4 star...got rejected and added 3.5 star. got rejected again so I added STL South (knowing they had no 3.5 or 4 there) and upped it to $62. Got rejected so I added Westport (knowing they had no 3.5 or 4) and upped it to $64 and got Marriott Union Station downtown.
  20. I need a room this Sat the 3rd (1 night) downtown STL. I have bid from 3 to 4 stars and from $34-$51 (numerous family members have contributed). What do you think I will need to bid to get this room? I may have to move to the suburbs which I dont really want to do :)
