for 7 jan to 9 jan 2010 initial bid selecting san juan dowtown map of $83 for two rooms four adults and resorts was declined -- then an offer to re-bid without changing any criteria IF additional $22 per night. Decided against that and instead added another region (w/o resorts) as per forum guidance ... and increased bid to $89... up popped successfull bid for Caribe Hilton. as others note, this is a nice hotel ! would welcome suggestions for local (inexpensive) dining or breakfast. Used the forum's PRICELINE link. thanks for the forum and the helpful tips. keep up the great work.

yes - was 1st bid in the zone - used other online svcs to get idea - best was $39 but was farther away...

:) Newbie to this site, but Priceline vet. Will be staying 30 Jun checkout on 3 July. Hotwire shows 3* with following description in San Juan area: Hotel; near beach casino restaurant pool fitness center internet access business center. Any ideas which hotel? Tried $65 and $75 on priceline for this area under "resorts" and was unsuccessful. As we have two rooms, want to keep the per night costs down. Ideas and suggestions welcome! thanks!
