This 5 star is almost certainly The Fiesta Americana Coral Beach.
The price goes up when booking less than a month in advance.
In June the HOTWIRE price is $109.
You might try PRICELINE. It seems to be the only 5-star in Cancun and the area is the only one with a 5-star.
That gives you 9 bids without waiting 24 hrs.
I got it for 4 days at $105 in June.

I suspect that it is on a rocky shore (no beach front), but has a beach very close, like next door.
I am not familiar with those resorts, but maybe someone else is.
My wild guess is The Royal Suites.
Yes, there was an A LA Carte option on HOTWIRE. I copied all the options and then pasted them in and then I deleted the descriptions. I must have deleted A La Carte with the descriptions.
