The price keeps going up. It started at $281 and is now up to $318 for a 3.5* and $309 for the 4*. I'm wondering if it will be cheaper in the morning and am planning to wait until morning to book.I'm hoping it will be back around $281. We need the nights of 5/24-5/27 but would really like 2 queen beds rather than 1 king. i like both the Godfrey but haven't really looked at the Nine Zero. I will use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links through this site when I do book. I always do. Thanks!

It is a 4 star in the Boston Commons area for May 24-27 at $282 per night was $281 this morning. Guarantied Amenities say: Free Internet, Fitness Center, Non Smoking Rooms. Not a lot to go on now.

How do I tell what hotel the Priceline Express is showing for $281? I would like to stay at the Godfrey or W and don't want to get one of the 90sq ft rooms at the Omni so I am unsure whether I should bid and how much or whether to go for the $281 express deal. Any advice? Also, it would be great if we could get a room with 2 queens rather than 1 king. Is that ever an option?

Thank you for the information. This board has been extremely helpful. When we arrived at the Intercontinental they only had one room reserved for us rather than the 2 we had purchased on Hotwire. They worked quickly to get us another room just down the hall for our 3 boys and did not charge us for the extra person and roll a way bed. The staff was extremely accomodating. The only downside to the hotel was the lack of wireless internet. It was a great value for what we paid.

Just booked on Hotwire - Singapore Central 5* - $144 - for 2 rooms - 6/25-6/29. It is the Intercontinental which I'm thrilled with. Since we have 5 people (3 adults & 2 kids), we will probably have to pay an additional $24.50 per night but will sort that out when we get there. Very pleased. Thanks for the advice on this board.

How can I tell if the 5 star in the Central area of Singapore on Hotwire is the Intercontinental? We would be interested in staying there if that is the hotel.

Bid $145 for 5 star 6/25- 6/29 (2 rooms )on Orchard road. Not accepted. Will wait 24 hours and try $165.

There is a 4star $148 on Orchard Road and a 5 star $146 in the Central Area on Hotwire. How do I find out which hotels these are - or at least narrow down the choices of which ones they could be?

Orchard Road or Marina Bay. Those seem to be the top locations.

Family of 5 traveling to Singapore 6/25/11 - 6/29/11. Want a good central location with walkability. Four or five star hotel - 2 rooms. Any advice is appreciated. Budget $100-$180 per night per room.
