I am checking to see if anyone knows if the Priceline taxes can be refunded for UK hotels? When a visitor travels to the UK, on exiting the country he can get his VAT for his hotels refunded. Is this possible using Priceline?

Just a quick note. I bid on a 5 Star London - Mayfair $190.00 returned with $253.00 would be accepted. Re-bid using other areas with no five star 4 times, $10.00 increase. Winning Bid $230.00 - with a "5 Star" I did not see on the list - St. Martin's Lane in Covent Garden.
