This was my opening bid. Guessing I probably could have got it for less, but it's still a good deal. I used the PRICELINE link to book.

Started at $70 two days ago, and using the BB strategy finally got it for $108. I used the PRICELINE window at the top of the screen to book it. It looks like HOTWIRE has this (or Vdara) that weekend for $114- oh well, still saved 20% off the list price.

$135 3/4-3/8 for the 2.5* Catalina. Beware- they also charge a $15/ night Resort Charge on top of the priceline fee. Boooo! The amenities are ok and the hotel has a "too cool euro-vibe", but the location is good and it worked.
