Started bids at $35 then daily $1 increments until accepted at $41. I'm from Australia but priceline accepted my Visa credit card using my Aust address with CA in the state and Zip. Sorry I don't have much detail but price inc tax is around $52. Best deal I could find on Hotwire was $72 inc tax.
