I have been watching the HOTWIRE hotels for Montreal for a while now, and just booked what I think is this hotel. It was the same title (3.5* Downtown Montreal East Area Condo) and I ended up with the Loft Hotel. I will post a separate thread with my win.

I just won the Eaton Chelsea Toronto hotel for January 18, 2014 at $88USD. Total after taxes and fees comes to $108.95. I started bidding at $70 and added zones increasing my bid by $2-3 each time. This was actually my last bid for the day and I won. Happy as we're going to a wedding at the University of Toronto and this hotel is walking distance. And it has the 4 storey waterslide! I used the PRICELINE link from this website to start my bidding.

Just won the Marriott Ottawa Downtown for $88 from Hotwire (total with taxes and fees: $107.79) for December 30-31, 2011. I tried bidding 4* on Priceline but nothing was accepted up to that price, so Hotwire was the better deal!

I saw that the Trianon property has been won on both Hotwire and Priceline, so I thought I would bid on Priceline using the link to see if I could get it for less than $96 (as seen on Hotwire this morning). First I bid Bonita Springs 3* for $68. Bid was rejected, but I got the opportunity to increase my bid by $20 and win for $88. Instead, I used a re-bids: $72 was rejected, and then $76 accepted! I ended up with the 3* Trianon Bonita Bay in Bonita Springs. This was the property I wanted, so I am quite happy with the result! Hello, I am searching both Hotwire and Priceline (using your links!) for a hotel at or near Fort Myers Beach for two nights, March 24-26, 2011. I have come across the following offer on Hotwire: 3* Bonita Springs North Naples Area Hotel, $96 Amenities: Boutique, Breakfast, Fitness, Pool. It is recommended in 90% of Hotwire Customer reviews, and has a 4.5 Trip Advisor rating. I am wondering if this is possibly the Trianon Hotel Bonita Bay, which came up in this previous thread: http://www.betterbidding.com/index.php?sho...p;hl=fort+myers However that thread lists it as a 3.5*, and the property I am looking at currently on Hotwire is a 3*. It is not on the pinned hotels list. I was wondering if star levels can change often? Any ideas that anyone may have would be wonderful! In addition, if anyone had any other recommendations of where to stay in the area it would be very helpful- the reason for the trip is to see a spring training game at the City of Palms Park in Fort Myers, but I would like to stay closer to the beach (and don't want to go over $120 a night or so...preferably less). I have been bidding on Priceline and will continue to do so, but if this Hotwire deal is the Trianon Hotel then I might just take it! I just won the Tampa Marriott Westshore for $50 after using the PRICELINE link. I started bidding at $42, $45, $47, then accepted at $50. March 26-27, 2011. Comes to $63.71 with taxes and fees. Tampa Airport South - Westshore 1001 North Westshore Boulevard Tampa, Florida 33607 813-287-2555 I noticed a $69 deal on Hotwire this morning for a 3.5* in the same area, so I thought I'd try bidding lower. Happy with the price!

I just booked a hotel using the HOTWIRE link: Lester B. Pearson Int'l Airport YYZ Area Hotel 3*, $45 per night (Hotwire hot Rate) Quality Hotel & Suites Toronto Airport East March 22-23, 2011 Amenities: Shuttle, Fitness, Restaurant, Business, Internet. I don't believe this hotel is on the Toronto list of hotels. Total with taxes and fees: $56.48 I made some bids for the same kind of deal on Priceline, and could not get anything this cheap. The airport shuttle is 24 hours and free, as well as free wireless internet in the rooms.

I had hoped that it would be the Sailport Waterfront Suites, but am happy with this alternate property for the price! Total ended up being $72.47 with taxes and fees. Recommended in 90% of Hotwire reviews.
