Used the betterbidding pl link to bid. Selected 3.5*, started with Downtown $68 (where the only 3.5* are located) rejected then added zone East ($71) zone North ($74) and received Crowne Plaza. Decent hotel and happy with price. Thanks Better Bidding!

I was trying for those same dates for pre-cruise 4* (Downtown) and had no success even up to 2x what I paid in 2011. I understand it is a super busy weekend for the port so availability is tight. Finally bailed and reserved via an online hotel booking engine that allows cancellation and will try bidding closer to the date to see if I can catch a bargain. Good luck!

We stayed there pre-cruise in 2011 and it was a lovely property. Nice pool area, walking distance to many restaurants, close to the port, etc. $106 seems a decent price to me.

We stayed at the Rodeway pre-cruise two years ago and had no complaints. Airport and cruise port shuttles worked fine, breakfast was good and the sportsbar in the hotel was good for supper. Hotel is a little dated but price was right!

Started with the Better Bidding PRICELINE link. Used $7 Priceline bonus. Quoted bids are EXCLUSIVE of that amount. Bid $60 on 3.5* Downtown, rejected. Added Sainte Foy and bid $63, rejected. Added Airport and bid $65 rejected. Added 3* and bid $59, received Best Western Plus City Centre/Centre Ville. Very satisfied.

Used the betterbidding PRICELINE link. Tried 3* at $55 rejected. Added 2.5* at $60 rejected. Added 2* at $61 accepted. Nothing fancy - but just what I needed - a room and free parking whilst en route from Ontario to the maritimes.

Sorry for this delayed post - only just figured out that I had not "validated" my account! Used the betterbidding PRICELINE link and with first bid got the Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax for $60/night x 2 nights. Great value!!
