Added Frederick, MD but that was a little to far away from where I wanted to stay. I bid $49 for a 3 start in Hagerstown, rejected, added Frederick and bid $53 rejected. Selected 2.5 star and reduced bid to $43. ACCEPTED. Regular price for that hotel is $90 bucks! Yipeee! I used my PRICELINE link and viola another happy priceline customer.

I bid $55 and was rejected and they suggested I add $22 for a total of $77, NOT. I had 3 re-bid zones and I increase bid to $66, rejected. Next bid $70 and it was accepted. That was funny! :) Well the ole man said let's play it cool and go south! So, we are going to VA-Beach instead. I'm going to post on there when I bid tomorrow. I've been so busy today watching Atlantic City, that I can't even wrap my head around VA-Beach yet. I was there this time last year and won a bid for Wyndam at $39 plus tax and fees. Thanks for responding. I had no idea they change so drastically. It's even different today. I bombed out on my tries yesterday, so I need to wait for the 24 hour period. I'm looking at 3.5 - hoping to get the Sheraton. Which I absolutely loved a few months back. Close to all the shops and walking distance to the Casinos. I agree with the Holiday being the reason for the elevated prices. Traveling 3/19-21 and I started out bidding $70 bucks and went to $89. But my max will be about $110 for 3.5 star. Maybe that's a bit much huh!

Hotel prices are through the roof. I got the Sheraton for $60 bucks a few months back, now the prices have went up tremendously for 2/19-21. Gesh! Is there a convention.
