The amenities are the same, but when I look at the hotel website they say no availability. Would it makes sense that they have a room on HOTWIRE?

Hi I'm following this hotel as well. Possibly has HOTWIRE changed the rating on the Fairmont to 5star? In it's revealed hotels it is listed as 5 star. Tripadvisor also says it is 5 star.

I don't see this on the calendar of wins anywhere but it seems to be the only thing that includes a breakfast.
I do see a 4 1/2 star in the disney are also available for a lower price, but I think along with the resort fee I will also be charged for parking, so not sure I want to incur all those extra fees....

Welcome to BetterBidding!The Doubletree Surfcomber has previously been seen with this amenity combination, but at the 3.5* level... no evidence of such, but i'll speculate that it's been downgraded to the 3* level since the last time it was reported to the board, and that would be my best guess for this one.

In hotwire, it says the distance to the airport is 10.1 miles and on the Doubletree hotel website it says 12 miles?? Does this mean that it isn't this hotel?

I think I will pass on this one. The Richmond rooms only have one bed and we are two ladies that would like separate beds if possible.
I think I will look at the following:
