  1. Decent price, though I guess technically it's not in the French Quarter.
  2. Tried up to $45 before finally getting it for $50.
  3. That's somewhat high for the area. It's off-season, so should be able to find a plethora of non-national hotels that cater to summer tourists for cheaper than $55.
  4. Decent hotel for sleeping, but not renovated like most Courtyard hotels. 03/12/2011
  5. I think this hotel can be bought for a lot cheaper. The published rate is under $120 for weekends. I bet you could get it for $50.
  6. Yeah, I stayed there for $80. Very good location ... Hyatt in Arlington is much cheaper, but about a 5 to 10 minute longer metro ride.
  7. In the past, I have had luck with anywhere from $60-$150 for 4-star hotels in the Dupont Circle area on PRICELINE. You may want to look at the larger hotels and see if a conference is going on. If there isn't, the conference hotels (notably the Omni at Woodley Park - one stop up on the metro) can be found for dirt cheap.
  8. Right at the Dupont Circle metro on Embassy Row, the Hilton was $80 per night.
  9. Marriott Key Bridge, a 3.5-star hotel at the Rosslyn Metro, for $60.
  10. Hyatt Arlington, a four-star hotel at the Rosslyn metro stop, for $99.
  11. Marriott Key Bridge in Arlington, Virginia (at the Rosslyn metro stop) for $70
