Did not have much time with sudden plans for Charlotte trip 6/27(1 night) Used BB links for search,bidding Tried multiple areas-South Park,Downtown,Airport,Executive park Bids to 85 dollars unsuccessful Southpark 3.5 star and downtown 4/3.5 star Airport 75 dollars 3.5 start and 65 dollars 3 star Had $25 coupon-used for Fairfield Inn Arrowood,Charlotte($109-after coupon $84 dollar w/taxes).Used BB support page section(Expedia) Concert tomorrow in Charlotte along with busy summer season likely culprit

Good amenities(kitchennete/fridge),decent full breakfast,friendly service. Good timing-sold out for the weekend

Busy time for a big soccer tournament in Midlothian where I was originally trying to get the hotel tried for the last week 3.5 stars(Sheraton) bid upto $85 -no luck and $75 for 3 star Opaque sites most of the hotels in that area I wanted are sold out Today started trying for Short pump/Glen Allen area.Did not have much time so accepted $80 I was asked to bid for 3 star in that area(my guess is the actual winning price is around $70).Hotel has full buffett breakfast,internet included Used BB PRICELINE links

This hotel usually has $5 parking fee-generally I have been able to get my bed preference by calling hotel directly.No luck this time(so far). Happy with the price on a weekday though.Has complimentary internet which is a plus.

Used BB links for HOTWIRE search but since requirements are specific looking for your advice Looking for 2.5 or 3 star in the disney area for friends visiting from outside the US.They are using amtrak for travels around the US so hotel should have transport arrangements to park attractions.Budget around $50/ day,should not have resort fees and complimentary breakfast is preferred.

I have stayed here with my two teenagers in the past-had called hotel and they provided us 2 beds.I know breakfast for adults was included(so was internet access)

There may be cheaper parking available a few blocks from hotel (if you are interested to explore that). There may be parking coupons for some hotels-you could Google search (there are always coupons for Westin peachtree)

tried Shortpump $46-rejected added Innsbrook same price-accepted hyattplace(3 miles from Shortpump) with taxes $59 used betterbidding PRICELINE links

I did my search for 3 adults and 1 child in each room same hotels are appearing(the second one is a 3.5 star) There is another hotel in Druid hill/Clairmont area(3 star) for $ 72/night(druid hill is about 4 miles from downtown area)-listed amenities for that include complimentary breakfast,business center,high speed internet access)85% approval rating

Done-await recommendations

Normally bid Priceline but since looking for 2 beds each room will go with Hotwire this time. Will be there for bowl game (Georgia Dome) on 12/31.Ideally would like to be in downtown area since its a short stay and would like to be closer to action. It seems hotels in the downtown area which normally are cheaper are hard to find and expensive. If cant find a room in downtown would like a hotel on/close to Marta rail. Budget for downtown/midtown hotels which it seems may be close to Dome or Marta around $100/night I do see few hotels in perimeter area also 4 star $55/night(recommended by 85%) Smoke Free Rooms ,fitness center,Pool,Business center,High speed internet,Tennis,Restaurant Another one in perimeter area (rec 80%) similar amenities to above except no tennis Do we know what could be a match for these?Could consider if public transport is convenient from perimeter area.

Good stay-lot of traffic with nearby mall(not a surprise/was aware before choosing the area) Bed was queen since king size rooms go for higher price but there was a sofa-bed Breakfast was good,good service Would stay again !

Crabtree Valley Residence Inn $52/night-satisfied with location,other facilities(complimentary breakfast,internet) Forgot to add-used the PRICELINE link!

Nothing fancy but comfortable hotel. Close to highway,Crabtree valley and Triangle town center malls few miles. Internet is free and fast.
