I went with the 3* above and did get the Holiday Inn.

Initially was looking for Embassy Suites, but now looking for a nice clean hotel with decent pool that is a decent price. $80 - $125. I know sounds hypocrite and picky. Thanks for your help!

I apologize. I did reply. Embassy isn't a must, but do prefer them or like hotel. Location isn't the most important thing can stay anywhere in Phoenix city, including suburbs.
