Very happy with this deal....expected and got the Omni William Penn because it was the only 4 star listed in the Hotwire section with a 4.5 trip advisor rating and no pool. 10 minute walk to Consol Energy Center to see the hockey game. $88 plus $21 taxes/fees for a total of $109. I used the better bidding HOTWIRE link for this deal. :)
  4. I ended up bidding and winning a 4 star for April 10,2014 for $125. Novotel Waterloo. Happy with this deal especially for a last minute booking. Total cost was $159(American) including taxes and fees. Same room was $300 on Expedia and booking.com I used the better bidding PRICELINE link.

  9. I bid $65 for a 4 star and was rejected, then rebid $65 with 3.5* and was successful for feb10 for the Wyndham grand downtown pittsburgh. I am very happy with this price as Expedia has it for $179 for the same night, I would like to be closer to the consol energy center and the $26 parking is a bit much, but overall very satisfied. thanks for the forum and i used the PRICELINE link from this site, GO PENS GO
  10. I am planning a trip to pittsburgh on thurs, feb 10 for 1 night to watch a hockey game with a buddy. Will i have any trouble getting a room with 2 beds? i realize it is not guaranteed but wanted to know if anyone had any experience, i think it might be easier on a thursday night any help would be appreciated
