Got this for $54 a night. Was trying or hoping for the Westin. I would have rather had Hyatt, closer to shopping & dining. However, this is a great hotel. Stayed there last month. On the skyway system and the rooms are very modern.

My husband got me a weekend at The Hotel Minneapolis Autograph Collection. He purchased it in December of 2010 for last weekend, January 14-16 I think, Friday and Saturday night. He got it for $60 a night. Great hotel, on the skyway system, difficult parking, wireless not included $11 extra per day. Beautiful hotel, though. Friendly staff, but it's far from anything. We have gotten the Hyatt in the past, hopefully something else comes up that is closer to Nicollet, the food and shops. That would be nice.

I am curious too. I want to stay here very badly in March. I just stayed at the Hotel Minneapolis last weekend and my husband got it on Priceline back in December for only $60 a night. It was a great place, on the skyway, but parking was a pain and it was a long walk to anywhere. But a beautiful place, very nice beds and HUGE wall mounted swivel flat screen tv's. Anyhow, I want to stay closer to Nicollet, right downtown by the shopping & restaurants and such and the Westin would be perfect. I don't want to get the Hyatt, I stayed there last year and it was ok but also away from the action. Has anyone else gotten the Westin recently?
