Started at $50 for 4star downtown, Priceline counter-offered 3.5 star downtown for $68, I added 3.5 star, rejected; added Southern Hills, won Doubletree for $50. Have stayed here before, nice hotel, very happy with purchase.

Bid $45 for 3.5 star in Park Central Bid rejected, Priceline offered free bid of $59, which I rejected. Added zone, and bid $49, rejected. Added zone, and bid $52, won, and was upgraded to 4 star Westin. Was hoping to get the Embassy, but this is a fine value as well. Used Priceline link on Better Bidding.

Bid $55 for 3.5* Downtown Portland; not accepted but received counter offer of $73. Added N. Vancouver/Salmon Creek and split the difference by adding $9; rebid $64 and won. Am pleased, as current asking price on all major websites including Marriott.com is $119.

Got it on he first try. Lowest available rate online was $89.
