Seattle to Dallas Fort Worth. Leave Seattle Friday July 29th and return Sunday July 31st. One stop is ok. Would prefer early departure Friday and Early departure Sunday but may be flexible. Have looked on your airfare checker and it is around $450. Two weeks ago it was $350 w/ hotel for 2 nights. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Blake

Got it figured out

I received an email from easy click saying my credit card was declined. I called my card company and they say that they gave an authorization but the transaction never posted. The email had no contact (Phone)information and was from someone named Maria Otero. I am always a bit paranoid of doing purchases online so this is a bit disconcerting. The email wanted me to forward my credit card number from another credit card. This does not seem like a normal practice. I did not forward anything.

I booked for 7 nights at the Beekman. Thanks for the help. :) When will my reservation show up in Beekmans system? I would love to call them and get a verbal confirmation. I have found what I learned on this sight to be very helpful. I will send all I know here in the future.

Thanks for the input. Should I try something other than EasyClickTravel? Did the price go up on the Beekman since I last looked?

I have been reading other posts and it looks like I can get Beekman or Hampton Inn Chelsea for under $200 per night. I am tempted to do it unless somone can advise differently. I would like to spend less but from what I can tell I would have to get out of downtown to do so. I thought about paying more for a 4* for the first 4 nights(sunday-wednesday) and then do something like the best western or Days Inn in Jersey for my last 3 nights. Never having been to New York I am not sure how important quality is verses location. We plan on doing a lot of touristy things. I mainly want clean, safe and convenient location. I have been looking on Easy click and have figured out the reverse lookup. It is my wife and I. Any advise is great. I tend to over evaluate things so part of me just wants to get it over with and book something. I have not tried hotwire or priceline.
