Just a confirmation, finally moved on the purchase today, and it was indeed the Comfort Suites - Minneapolis Metrodome (Former Embassy Suites). Thanks to you both for the help!

Got it - thanks much, in the search via the new site - I see the same hotl downtown, but I have to believe that he kitchnette would make this the Townplace

It's a 2.5* with the following amenities: Suite, Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Laundry, Hi-Speed Internet, and Kitchenette I see on the list that it looks like the Residence Inn at the Depot or the Townplace Suites could the possible spots. Don't know if the former Embassy Suites (currently a Comfort Suites in that same location) would show up as a 2.5*. I think the Kitchenette should be the identifier, but I'm not sure which way it's pointing me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I can't find this on any of the lists that I've seen, as I've never seen a 2* in this area on hotwire before. The amenities are Shuttle, Complimentary Breakfast, Swimming Pool, and Laundry service. Anybody have any idease what it might be? Sorry, it's currently showing for $65

Property has a Fitness Room, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center and Laundry. I'm entering in 4 adults, 1 child Looks like it retails for $108.20/night normally. When I put the people to 6 adults and 1 child, the 3* that comes up is still $59/night, but added to the original amenities are Airport Shuttle, and Hi-Speed Internet. Could it be the same property? I'm trying to figure out if it's the Holiday Inn South, Holiday Inn Winnpieg Airport West, Holiday Inn Downtown, or something else. anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Started bidding at $41 in just the MOA zone, was offered an immediate offer if I were to up my bid to $53, declined and used a free rebid at $42, denied, added another free rebid and upped to $44, accepted. 7800 Normandale Blvd Bloomington, MN Amenities are: Free Airport Transportation Sauna Heated Pool Free Parking Restaurant on site Sounds like other folks have stayed here and liked it. I would have like to be closer to the MOA, for the light-rail, but bidders can't be choosers :)

Just finished the stay at this property and can report that folks would do well to win this on Hotwire (or priceline if it comes up). Used to be a Hilton years ago, and more recently was a Radisson, not sure how long it's been the Sheraton West. It's across the street from a very large shopping center in RidgeDale, and has great access to 394 (Interstate spur which takes you directly to downtown Minneapolis..... more in Hotel Reviews.

I'm seeing a 3* hotel in Maple Grove with Amenities of Suite Restaurant Pool Fitness Business Center For Sept 9-10, 2006 Priced at $70/night The Suite feature should tip me off, but I'm not sure which one it might be up there. :)

Versley - On the side, congrats, you're going to LOVE this place. My wife and I stayed there one night for a Vikings game and DMB Concert the weekend after thanksgiving, great location, great staff - wow... just be careful getting into the garage, it's entrance is on a street that is sorta, but sorta not, a one-way street.

Opened up bidding at $50, got it first try - $63 after taxes/fees

Just completed a one-night stay at the property, so just have some minor observations Check-in was quick, Desk made mention of the Hotwire reservation, and informed that I'd only recieve points for incidentals - no biggie, I expected that, and he wasn't condescending or anything about it. Room - upon getting my reservation, I asked for a room with 2 Queens, and I receieved a room with such. Both beds were of the 'Sleep Number' make/model, which made my wife very happy, as she could pick 'her own comfort level'. Minibar was available, as was dry cleaning, iron/board, as needed. In addition to the two Queens, we had an comfy chair with ottoman, and a desk with high-speed internet connection available, 25" TV. Bathroom was well stocked with towels, lotion, shampoo, etc, etc - only thing I noticed was no fan.... that would have been nice. Other amenities - Pool area was great with full locker rooms to boot, didn't have time to use the full fitness center, but employees there were pleasant. With my Goldpoints membership, we received the Sunday Star Tribune. All in all, I was pretty pleased for $60 for this stay

3.5* Minneapolis (Plymouth) Radisson Hotel and Conference Center $60 5/21-5/22 Restaurant Pool Fitness Center Tennis Buisness Center Laundry Facilities Looks like I saved about $30 off my AAA rate would have given me. I'll report back in hotel reviews when I get back.

Just keeping it going - the deal is still good as of 5/6/05 - Love saving money = loving this site.

Newbie to the board, but want to say after following the board for a few week, thanks for the great service y'all provide. I'm wondering what hotel this could be in greater Chicago on Hotwire. It's a 3* hotel in Chicago's Zone - specifically in the Evanston-Niles-Skokie Subzone listed for $50 for June 19-23rd Amenities are: Restaurant Pool Fitness Center Tennis (nearby) Laundry Facilities (self-service) I'm wondering what hotel this is, and if I should shoot for this on Hotwire, or gamble on Priceline.
