FYI, I just purchased a 3* hotel in the Boston Common - Theater District area for $99/night. Based on amenities (non-smoking, fitness, restaurant, business center, hi-speed internet) I assumed it was the Park Plaza, my desired location. It turned out to be the Doubletree. So you may want to adjust your posting for the Doubletree, adjusting for the fact that it is no longer showing laundry and looks identical to the Park Plaza. I think one tip-off for the Park Plaza is that it allows a bed selection. You've been a great resource over the years, this is the first time I haven't gotten the hotel I wanted, and figured I'd share the knowledge.
