  1. My wife and I will be on Maui in early September, and we would like to spend one or two days on Molokai while we are there. I haven't seen anything on this website about the hotels Hotwire has available on Molokai. When I go to Hotwire, it indicates that they do have two hotels on Molokai. The first is a three star hotel for $92. The amenities are - Beachfront, Restaurant, Pool and Laundry Facilities. The second is a two and a half star condo for $103. It's amenities are Near Beach, Kitchenette, Pools, Free Parking and Laundry Facilities. Does anyone know which hotels these are? I have posted a similar question in the Priceline section.

  3. I bid $65 on my first bid, and was accepted. Great Hotel right in the heart of the Riverwalk.
  4. Actually I was just referring to the fact that they accepted my first bid rather than having to rebid. It wasn't so much of a comment about the speed at which they accepted my bid. I was quite surprised myself when I got the Hyatt at $160, and was actually a little disappointed. I prefer the beach and snorkeling at the Sheraton. Having used Hotwire two years ago to get the Sheraton Maui Resort ($156 a night), I was expecting to get the Sheraton for that price. I booked the back end of our Maui trip on Priceline first to see if I could get the Sheraton cheaper than Hotwire's $232 a night. Because I got the Hyatt on Priceline, I actually ended up paying more on Hotwire to ensure I got the Sheraton. I guess that's all part of the game.
  5. I booked the Sheraton Maui Hotel through Hotwire about a week ago for $232 a night. We will be staying there from Sept. 1 - Sept. 6. Went with Hotwire instead of Priceline to ensure that we got the Sheraton. A really nice resort, and it's great to wake up early in the morning and be able to walk less than five minutes to snorkel Black Rock. Amenities Laundry Facilities (self-service), Business Center, Tennis Nearby, Golf Nearby, Children's Activity Program, Spa Services, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s). Beachfront, Resort
  6. I booked a trip last week for September 6 - September 10 on priceline for $160 at the Hyatt Regency Maui. I bid initially $160 for a Kaanapali resort based on earlier comments I had seen here, and immediately was accepted (makes me wonder if I overbid). This is the first time I have ever used Priceline, and without the help of this website, I would not have had a clue what to bid. Thanks for such a great website!
