Yes, my first bid was at $44. I was expecting the Hilton at $45 so I just started at $44. I guess we could have started at $40 or something and maybe saved a couple of bucks, but we're happy. Thanks!

This hotel is listed in the Minneapolis-St Paul (Southwest) area on your hotel list - it is located in Bloomington, but now they promote it as follows: Airport - Mall Of America Vicinity 7800 Normandale Road Bloomington, Minnesota 55439 952-835-7800 and I got it in the MSP - Mall of America zone. Based on the Priceline map, I think it correctly falls in the MSP - MoA zone (Hwy 100 and 78th), not Minneapolis-St Paul (Southwest), so you may want to update your hotel list. The MOA Grand Hotel has closed and is being dismantled floor by floor. The company posted the details on this web page: http://www.moagrandhotel.com/ I believe this is the Grand Hotel listed in your Airport (MSP) - Mall of America Priceline zone hotel list. I'm going to bid on a 3* in this zone so we'll see if I can get the Hilton (It's the only known 3* left...) Thanks for a great site... onto the Barn...

Date of stay: 4/1 Priceline reserved a King (which Inormally prefer) but for this stay we needed 2 beds. My wife called to request the change but the hotels policy is to not change the reservation for Priceline customers until you arrive at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they were very friendly, changed us to a room with two beds near the pool and asked me what floor we would like to be on. All in all, just excellant service. And the report on the indoor was excellant as well. I didn't know about using www.SavingsBarn.com but I will be sure to use that in the future. Thanks for a most valuable site!

Rejected. Added Milwaukee North (which nas no 3*) and rebid at $41. Rejected. Added Milwaukee Northwest and upped bid to $43. Confirmed. I got the Brookfield Sheraton which was the hotel I wanted... and saved a lot of money. Thanks for a great site... I'll be back!
