Went up to $220 in Chelsea, Hells, ESB for a few days adding rebids zones with no lock..tried MTE and got the W. Hope it works out. We stayed at the W Downtown in August..it was ok, like the MTE location better. Any opinions on the W MTE?
Ended up at Doubletree Time Square. Kept our reservation made direclty with the hotel. Thought hotwire/priceline was to risky when traveling with kids.
Curious if the extended stay option applies to days after the reservation as well as days prior to your winning bid? For instance if my bid is accepted for a Friday and I am offered an extended stay can I chose Thursday or does it have to be Saturday, the day after?
maybe it was intentionally left out since the pool is closed til 09/30/11 for maintenance..see below From July 7 - September 30, 2011, the pool and fitness room will be closed while the hotel undergoes the final stage of revitalization during the summer months. Going to NYC to check for the ultimate holiday experience. Curious as to your thoughts on Doubletree Guest Suites Times Sq vs the Affinia hotels. We currently have the Doubletree [suite w/ separate living area] booked for $280/night. Considered the Embassy Suites in the Financial District because of its price low $200's plus the breakfast and snacks that are included but figured it might be to far out of the way for what we wanted to do w/ the kids. Thoughts? Other suggestions welcome. Prefer a two room suite. Thx
