What a great forum ! I have placed bids of $95.00 - $100.00 for 3* - 3 1/2. I have not tried UM / CPS. Could you advise why most bid UM /CPS over MTS ? I have also read several of your posts in relation to Beekman Towers and the cost for this. The Beekman sounds excellent . I should also point out I am seeking two rooms as I am travelling with two teens however, the Beekman seems to fit this. What is your opinion ?

Thanks for your quick reply. Planning on being there from 08/08 - 08/12 and would prefer Midtown East / Midtown West . Also it seems that Midtown South is desirable. I have tried priceline with no luck to date.

My family and I are planning a trip to NYC in August. Would it be too early to try and book a hotel on Hotwire ? Should I wait until later in the Spring or early Summer? Thanks
