Today I found new categories in Waikiki Beach Area: 5-Star Luxury 4-Star Deluxe The "Resort" category is gone. I don't know how long has it been like this. Here are my speculations: 5-star: Trump and maybe Helekulani 4-star: two Outriggers on the beach, Sheraton, Moana Surfrider, Hyatt, Marriott Anyone getting winning bids under the new categories?

Selected Convention Center, Dupont, and Whitehouse zones, got The George, A Kimpton Hotel for $100 a night. Pretty happy about this :) Room Cost (avg. per room, per night): $100.00 (USD) Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 2 Room Subtotal: $200.00 (USD) Taxes and Fees: $37.42 (USD) Total Room Cost: $237.42 (USD)

Thanks for the information. I have tried yet. I will pick MTE, MTW, TS, CPS, ESB. Since it is still early I will do low-balling (up to $120) for a while until the dates are close. How about adding Chelsea? Is there any reason why most people don't include it?

Is it too early to bid for April? Do you think if I wait another 3 months, the chance of getting a good deal will increase? Looking at last April's calendar, I saw *4 at $150. I am hoping to get it at $130 - is it possible at all? Many thanks.
